Jim Margellos has created a major breakthrough in military communications - well, almost. 

As he tries to solve the last remaining problem, strange messages start coming to him through his computer. Following these 'Secret Messages', Jim finds the woman of his dreams , battles the corporate spies, and works on his system's problem.
